Is this solar powered ?


No, Not out of the box. BUT...being an LED, you should be able to run it off solar by going into the fixture and dis-connecting the 110 volt ballast and just hooking your DC voltage to the LED bulb wires. Light output will depend on how many watts your solar power grid delivers. If you are using a solar grid with an inverter, you just hook up to your 110 volts from your inverter just like household current.
