It says "permanent" air filter but the specifications says it is only good for 12 months which is only one year?


Thank you for your interest in our Electrostatic Air Filters. The filters are Lifetime filters if they cleaned every 1-3 months.

I noticed that, too. I think they meant you could go a year w/out cleaning; elsewhere they said clean every 1-3 mo.'s! I'm somewhere in bt: no pets ..
