Can you add permeate pump (ERP-1000) with this to increase pressure and reduce waste? Or would the 3/8" tubing not allow that?

You can add permeate pump to any RO systems on the output of RO membrane housing as it is designed for most residential under-counter RO systems membrane housing with 1/4"D tubing pure and drain output.
