My target insect was scorpions, I personally use roach proof for water bugs and flying cochroaches.

Oh my gosh, I HATE those bugs. I have a big fear of them. Yes, the product will definitely kill those roaches. I grew up on the Gulf Coast and always heard them called Tree Roaches.

Based on the info sheet I would say no. It does not address water bugs at all. But for the bugs it does reference I would guess it would not take care of water bugs.
