can this product be used for mobile home skirting as one end is touching or close to ground


This product is not rated for ground contact. If it is used as a skirt, the low edge must be sealed and kept off of the ground. I would not expect a long service life from this product when used for this application unless a pressure treated lumber frame were used to support the bottom edge, keeping it away from the ground.
