Does this shield protect from UV light?


This does not protect against UV light. It is designed to protect against debris, such as when you are using a angle grinder.

The polymer-coating protects from corrosion. Metal does not breakdown from UV, but polymer does. I've seen some of these that I used several years ago, and the coating is like new in appearance. Good stuff!
