how do I get to the delta seal/gasket to stop it dripping?

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your question. The seats and springs are located in the bottom of the valve body underneath the handles in both 1 and 2 handle faucet models. In both cases the handle must be removed first, then the bonnet nut on a 2 handle and the cap on a 1 handle model must be unscrewed. At this point you can pull out the stem assemblies on a 2 handle, or the ball assembly, and cam and packing on a 1 handle to gain access to the seats and springs.
