Hello Corey, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Faucet Seats & Springs, model RP4993! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have an installation video for RP4993; however, the spring should go in first, with the wider end going into the valve. The rubber seat will then fit over the smaller end of the spring. It sometimes helps to place the parts onto the end of a pencil or Allen wrench and then slide them into the valve.
