Can i use this on popcorn ceiling? Can i use this without a primer on wall and/or ceilng?


Yes, it can be used on a popcorn ceiling and can be used as a paint and primer. Please note that if painting dry wall using a Dry Wall Primer is recommended and if painting over dark colors than using a Stain Blocking Primer is recommended.
