Been 2 weeks still tacky. Used Valspar primer/sealer under it on new sheet rock. Any ideas why?

Drying concerns can be results of many different issues like application of recoat to soon, moisture introduced to soon, temperatures not within the specs 24 hours after application to allow for a full cure. Most times when these issues occur it will extend the cure time, but the coating will dry throughout over time.
