Using this paint for wood work. I primed entire house. The paint is coming up when I try to go back over it or add more paint. Why????

It’s called dry brushing. The problem isn’t you, it is this paint. I’m having the same problem—not even time to cut in a line with brush/ fade stroke

He didn't guff up the surfaces before you prime them. There's also a no sand primer but I don't think it's that great it's better just to strip the wood guff up metal or plastic surfaces before painting.

You should always use a good primer before painting anything

This is a interior latex paint used inside the house only. Your primer could be enamel paint and you can't put latex over enamel paint because it will peel. Buy the color you want in a exterior enamel paint and you should be fine.

Make sure you wait for each coat to dry before trying to go over it again.

You may need to go back to all the wood that you primed and take a fine sand paper to it for the paint to stick. The primer might be to slick for the paint to stick to it. By sanding it lightly the paint should stick better. Make sure you take a damp cloth over the wood before you paint to take all the dust off from the sand paper.

The Valspar paint you used has a primer built in. I don't know what you used prior to prime your surface, but it may be the problem.
