Can I paint over satin with this eggshell without any wall prep or do I need to prime or sand prior to painting.


Prep would depend on the current condition of your paint and the color selection of both paints. If the current paint is not peeling, or if you are not going for a drastic color change or deep vivid colors then you will be able to paint over top without additional prep.
