Do I need to prime old cabinets that I already sanded and use a deglosser to paint them with this paint? Specs says don't need prime?

Thank you for your question. We recommend to remove all surface contamination by washing with an appropriate cleaner, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Scrape and sand peeled or damaged paint to a sound surface and sand glossy surfaces dull. Regards, Linda @ Customer Support
