Can this be used on hardwood plywood?

Thanks for taking the time to ask a question. Yes, you can use this Semi Transparent Wood Stain and Sealer on hardwood plywood. Be sure surface is free of all dirt, mildew stains, loose wood fibers and other foreign matter. In order to be effective, a stain must be able to penetrate.
