Can this be used to repaint worn aluminum siding?

Yes, the Duramax paint can be applied to aluminum siding.

It can and will do well if the surface is properly prepared. Preparation is the key to a good long lasting paint job. I'm not a fan of paint and primer mixed in one coat, but that is common these days. I prefer an application of oil based primer over a well prepared surface prior to the topcoat.
