Can I use this to paint over old gray paint on a metal mobile home?


Per the Storm Coat label " Thoroughly clean the surface and allow to dry. Remove all dirt, dust, chalk, rust, grease, wax and mildew. Previously painted surfaces (including painted metal siding): Scrape off loose and peeling paint, sand smooth, then spot prime."
