Is this paint compatible with Kilz Premium high hide stain blocker Primer? It's a water-based latex.

Thank you for your question. This product is compatible with most primers. However since we do not manufacture the specific primer in question we have not done testing with it.

Yes it is. I have used it with Kilz... And for more info, the general 'rule' is you can use latex over latex paints and latex over flat oil paint or primers, but not the other way around. Don't use oil based paints over latex.
