I wish to tint this Ultra 2000 paint to just slightly off-white. Please explain the difference betwee pastel base or neutral base, and which to use?


The recommendation on which product to use would depend on what color choice you decide as well as the project itself. Neutral Base can be tinted to more bold and vibrant colors as they may take more colorant. The Pastel Base would be the recommended choice for lighter softer colors that does not require as much colorant.
