When the rod is twisted the blinds don't close completely. Is there any way to adjust this? We bought 6 of these & only one doesn't close all the way.


I had the same problem. I bought them six years ago and they are jammed. They won’t open or close with the cords. I have to manually open and shut. Very annoying. My contractor picked them up for me so I don’t have proof of purchase. I don’t know if I’ll buy them again.

Sorry to hear your blind is not closing completely. If they are turned in the upward position then that is correct. Our blinds are not designed to close completely when tilted up. If you are experiencing this issue when tilted in the downward position. Please return to your local store so they can provide you a replacement. - Travis
