To clarify, Is this spray stain supposed to be wiped off like traditional stains?The directions give no indication it needs to be wiped after applying


Thank you for taking the time to as a question. The ATO aerosol product doesn't need to be wiped off after application. Here are the application directions: Shake well for at least 1 minute, listening for rattle of mixing ball. Shake frequently during application. Hold can 8–10 inches from surface. Move can back and forth, releasing button after each stroke. Overlap each stroke. Apply 1 coat only. Do not over-apply. Brush in excess stain as needed.
