Can i use this on popcorn ceiling? Can i use this without a primer on wall and/or ceilng?


It depends. If the walls are a lighter color and the new color you will paint them is darker-yes If the new color is lighter or if you have a lot of patched nail holes or other patching/blemishes you are painting over, I would definitely use primer first.
