Do we need to use oil base paint over the oil base paint that has been on.Satin Latex washes right off they sold us. Help!


Thank you for your question. You can use a latex paint over oil, however due to the high sheen that was previously used you will need to full the shine prior to the application. If the sheen is not dulled there can be adhesion concerns.
