is this paint safe for baby furniture

This product is not FDA approved however this product offers low VOC levels. Once cured, our coatings should remain inert. However, while we do not intentionally add chemicals of concern to Ultra Paint that would remain in the cured film, we have not yet completed the more stringent testing now mandated by the CPSC to demonstrate the absence of such chemicals.
