Can this be used on painted concrete


Thank you for your question. We apologize for the delay in response. Yes, you can apply this over your painted concrete. On severely weathered surfaces, sanding may be required to completely remove all loose paint. Surfaces must be sound and free of standing water. Sincerely, Alex @ Cabot Customer Support
