Any additional info on the one coat guarantee? It took me 3 coats to cover over a very light grey


agreed. We definitely needed two coats and it was expensive. I am not going to call some toll free number; that's too stressful for me. That said, the paint does look very GOOD, just not one coat.

Covering and hiding is two different things. I don't believe S-W has a one coat hide guarantee. You may have needed a primer before the top coat.

855-330-4753, option 2, they'll ask for pics, receipts, room sizes etc. They issue a check for extra paint. Doesn't apply for drastic color changes.

we had a similar issue with covering a light green with a grey over it, took 2 coats, very disappointed in a more expensive paint.
