The color that I received is not the shade I desire. Can I bring it back to see if a color can be added to it?


Thank you for contacting HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams. I'm sorry that the color isn't what you wanted. Color variation can occur based on lighting, surrounding decor and a number of other factors. It's possible that these factors could impact the final color results. It's important to apply 2 coats in a test area and let it dry. A good way to make sure you received the right color is to hold the color chip up to the wall. If it blends in, the color was mixed correctly. If it does not blend, we recommend calling the store from which the paint was purchased so that they can verify the formula.
