We left a partial gallon of VAL SPAR in the garage last year. Will it freeze and/or diminish in value.


Thank you for your question. Our Signature Satin is a latex based paint and can be prone to freezing in temperatures under the recommended storage temp. If it freezes over the winter, once thawed most times it will stir up and be fine to use, if its not please feel free to contact us so we can look into this further.

No it will not diminish. The color will be different than the walls you painted due to fading and sunlight but the paint will be good. I have had paint for over 10 years in my garage and I just stirred it up reel good and it worked great.
