Hi Can I ask what preparations are required to paint kitchen units and what is the durability like in terms of chipping etc & what colours in range

I would suggest using a semi gloss enamel paint for the kitchen. It will wear longer and you can clean good. You can paint it in any color that you want your kitchen in. The semi gloss enamel is the hardest paint you can buy so it takes a lot to chip it.

Thank you for your question. We recommend cleaning, sanding and priming if necessary. Satin and Semi-gloss will be the most durable sheens to use. As far as the colors - most colors other that highly pigmented ones can be used in this product.
