The fridge door handle is awkwardly placed. This product is made of ALL plastic. It dings and cracks easily. The manufacturer sent me a defective refrigerator with dings, cracks, and a misaligned top door. I reached out immediately to get it replaced. After communicating with a company representative for two years about getting a replacement, the representative went silent. Do not waste your money on iio's over priced junk appliances.

Excellent fridge. The handles are ergonomically not really useful, and I open the door from the side. But the size is perfect (small but not too small), and so far it works well and quietly. And it is stylish. Five stars.

Controlling the temperature...refrigerator freezes and freezer thaws regardless of the constant adjustment of temperature, Lowes is fine--my issue is with iio and lack thereof quality. Obviously, my request to return and exchange was denied due to the store and manufacturer policies... My bad.

It should definitely be advised prior to purchase that the delivery will not be in the house. The delivery was going to put my new fridge in my garage. I will not be ordering from LOWES if the delivery is to my garage.
