Customer system is great; I had planned to buy a more expensive product and iSpring's customer service advised me the RO 100 that is more appropriate to the application AND costs less. About a month after I installed the system (which went just like the YouTube video shows) the number one filter housing began to crack. Nick in customer service analyzed the problem, sent me a new housing and a pressure reduction valve along with advising how to install, all at no extra charge. Great service!
If you're on a well consider actual yield.
Product arrived on time. Installation was average. Worked fine at the beginning. After two weeks the yield dropped significantly. Changed filters but still very poor yield. It's advertised as 1:1 yield to waste but it's over 100:1 waste to clean water. Very disappointed. Awaiting response from mfg (iSpring).

After installing this product, the drain would not stop flowing. I called customer service and their technician, Sean, helped me troubleshoot the issue. Not only did we find the problem, but they sent replacement parts at no cost. They arrived quickly and i was able to make the repair. I should mention I had this system installed by a licensed plumber, but I repaired it myself. Love this system. The flow is large and stable, easy installation, and really fresh water. May try other products from iSpring later.
While I have no way of knowing how it will impact long term, I will say I am more comfortable drinking the water. We drank the water but it was never pleasant in spite of changing the filters every 6 months. Switching to this iSpring water system is one of the best purchase decisions i've ever made!

The system I had before was a GE and it sucked. Got this system and installed it by myself. I found quite a bit of water under the sink in the morning so knew I had not tightened down ALL connections. Redid the tightening part and no problems since then.
