RCC7U consists of a 6-stage, layered filtration built around precision reverse osmosis (RO) technology that removes over 1000+ different kinds of contaminants. Unlike some other systems, the combination of both GAC and CTO filters in the 2nd and 3rd stages provides greater protection against harmful chemicals than CTO alone. It features a 75 gallon-per-day capacity RO membrane, which provides the capacity to economically handle the drinking water needs of even a large family. After flowing through the initial 5 stages of the iSpring RCC7 line of Reverse Osmosis filtering products, the RCC7U model adds an Ultraviolet stage.
This system contains 6 different stages of filtration to remove up to 99% of over 1,000 contaminants, including lead (removes up to 98% of lead), chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, asbestos, calcium, and sodium
With its 11 watt UV filter stage, the RCC7U is suitable for filtering well water and other problem water sources like water from lakes and streams
A flow sensor switch turns the UV unit on and off automatically with water flow, saving power and lengthening the life of the UV lamp
Quality components ensure reliability and low maintenance for many years to come
Clear see-through 1st stage housing makes filter inspection a snap
Do-it-yourself installation, typically in a couple of hours with professional help just a phone call away
Fits under a standard kitchen sink, with all parts included and instructions and videos
Certified by NSF/ANSI 58 - The iSpring reverse osmosis system is tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI to standard 58 for reduction of Asbestos (>99.7%), Barium (98.4%), Cadmium (98.8%), Chromium (99.2%), Copper (97.8%), Fluoride (97.4%), Lead (98.9%), Selenium (99.0%), TDS (97.9%)
Our NSF Certification validates the entire filtration system's performance, setting us apart from competitors that certify only components or materials.
