Seems good but missing screws
Happy with the overall product other than one chair was missing several pre-assembled screws when it arrived. The online chat for customer service wasn't helpful in this case and I finally got some help via phone after a lengthy hold and eventually a call back. I provided pictures to identify the correct screws of which will be mailed to me for final assembly.

The dining set arrived as scheduled. Packaging was excellent; assembly ingenious and relatively easy. The product was attractive, sturdy, well-made, and practical. We're pleased!

Poor Customer Service From Lowes!
While we do like the Polywood table and chairs, we are very unhappy with the very poor customer service experience with Lowes! We initially placed the order on 13 March, with a promised delivery date of 27 March. Then all of a sudden that date was no longer displayed and no date was given. We called Lowes and got nothing from them! We called again and the Lowes customer service agent blamed it all on Ploywood, and had the nerve to tell me to call Polywood myself!
