Bought as a closeout deal for the season. The style was what we were looking for and the size was appropriate for our space. The seating is good and the cushions are fairly comfy, if not just a little undersized to account for the seatback. This product is much more expensive than similar products elsewhere. However, we believed that allen + roth = good quality products and figured the money would be a good long-term investment. Boy, were we wrong! Assembly and cushions make a for three

This patio set has some very good and some not so good. The good is plenty of room for several guest and could also make a great place for that afternoon nap as there is plenty of room to stretch out. Over all build quality is decent just not perfect. All the parts for assembly come in a nice package with markings used to identify when the instructions tell you which screw to use. Love it, but damaged parts so it is incomplete

This is my second review, as my first one was never published. I received the set on May 16, 2026 and assembled that day. When I came across the damaged parts, I called 1-866-439-9800, the number for damaged parts. I was told they would be available mid June. It is now July 1 and I still do not have replacement parts and cannot get a direct answer as to whether they will ever be available. The item was delivered with some obvious damage to the packaging. Upon opening it, all the pieces were accounted for. But where the damage to the box had occurred, there was some slight bend in one of the long bars of the couch. We decided that we would be able to bend it back and still use it rather than going through the hassle of returning for another. Hazzard and dangerous

We were initially very happy with this set; it’s sturdy, fits our space perfectly, and the cushions were comfortable enough for the price. However, we encountered a major safety issue on day one. Despite only getting two hours of direct sun on our deck in 70-degree weather, the cushions literally began to melt. Missing a cushion and no solution

I just had the sectional delivered today and overall, happy with how it looks. A complication is that we are missing one of the backseat cushions and it is surprisingly difficult to resolve. Lowe’s said to contact the manufacturer, Allen + Roth and they state it’s not in stock so the local Lowe’s needs to address and tried to get me to initiate a full return and then order again when available. Perfect for what I needed and wanted

I really like the size and the quality of this sectional. I wanted it to be comfortable and large enough for my family. My husband is 6’2 and I wanted it to be deep and long enough to sit comfortably. The two ottomans are very handy and very comfortable for just sitting on. This set comes in one large box, which was a little intimidating at first, but assembly ended up being much easier than expected. The instructions were straightforward and everything came together pretty quickly. The only downside was that several screws were missing, which was frustrating during the build.
