I really like the look of these curtain rods. I've been buying the same brand and style for through out my home. The only negative is they changed the brackets. Instead of a U-shape, they are a closed loop. It creates a little more work when putting the curtains on the rod and hanging the rod.

This curtain rod worked out great for us when we wanted to cover up our sliding glass doors. I measured twice, drilled once. That is the best advice I can offer. Some of the hardware screws seemed a bit cheap, but they still got the job done. With our project, we did not even need to use the third bracket or the extra extension piece.

Pretty bronze curtain rods
These are really nice rods. The only trouble I had with them is one of the screws that holds the extender in place was stripped. Thankfully my husband is handy fixed it.
