Very solid feel, with good finish. You will want to use a bit extender when installing these to avoid marring the wood near the screw holes

Great brackets but terrible instructions

I’ve used these closet brackets before and think they’re the nicest looking for a DIY closet project, much nicer than the generic angled bracket option. The only bad thing is the instructions provided are for the generic angled support bracket and they don’t explain where to attach THIS bracket to the wall in relation to the shelf that’s required for closet pole support (sold separately). If you’re good at algebra it shouldn’t be a problem for you.

cannot deliver all the items for this closet

I ordered there closet system and I ordered these wood brackets which are beautiful but they cannot deliver the valet rods to hold your clothes. Which make the brackets useless. I ordered them 3 times the last a special order and all were canceled within 3 days. They also cannot supply additional shelves for the tower units. Additionally, they used to supply small "L" brackets to support upper shelving and no longer do?? I even called Whalan Furniture the manufacture 3 times and was promised I w...
