Wrong Vanity Delivered & Customer Service Hung Up
36-inch vanity delivered instead of 60-inch. This completely derailed our renovation project. Customer support specialist helping me said "have a nice day" mid conversation and hung up the phone. Buyers beware.

this product was shipped via FedEx. they attempted an unscheduled delivery while I was not home. then they charged me a fee for redelivery. the driver was unable to deliver to my home so I had to use my personal vehicle and take delivery on the street.

Releasing toxic chemical smell
First of all, the vanity looks great — that's a given. However, we're unable to enjoy it because it strongly smells like toxic chemicals. We left it outside for TWO WEEKS to off-gas and then brought it inside, but we have to either take it back outside or return it to the store because it's making our throat hurt and giving us headaches...that's how strong the smell is, which I assume is coming from the wood releasing formaldehyde.
