BE CAREFUL

Please be careful this almost caused a fire we had it on an outdoor screened in porch, and there was an outdoor carpet under it, and in the pictures as you can see it burnt the carpet all the way down melted it. This fireplace gets way too hot to have it around anything it will melt stuff. I wouldn’t even trust using this unless it’s outdoors by itself. Damaged parts

The part that holds the black hood is bent. That created the black hood to sit lopsided and not level on the fireplace. My husband called the manufacturer and they offered to send us replacement parts but it would take a month. We agreed to this, however, a few days later they emailed my husband to inform him that the parts we no longer in stock. They offered a refund for the parts (whatever that means). I tried calling Lowe’s 3x to inquire about returning it or replacement parts through them. T...

Lowe’s online Error

Lowe’s declined to process order then Billed my credit card for $1,551.00, $791 and $811. I contacted them immediately and was informed they could not cancel order because it had already shipped at 0830 am. Directed me to address with my credit card company and return items when delivered. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES AGAIN!

Very dissapointed!

We were looking forward to this fireplace. When we got it out of the box it was scratched and dented. The color was much different than pictured and it is not "wood looking" but looks like tan metal! We opted to putting it together hoping the bad places were not visible. The holes to screw it together did not line up well or were not large enough. Not Lowes typical quality especially for $1000.00. I have attached photos, First 2 were taken while fireplace was still in box,

Allen & Roth will not return you email requests

The product itself seems great. I recommend never having Lowe’s put it together b cause they put a huge dent in ours. However when we used the product, it burned away some paint and I’m unclear if that’s normal. I emailed the company Allen and Roth to which they have yet to return my email.

Great Product!!

Assembly was straight forward and not difficult. I’ve been looking for an true propane fireplace ( not a fire pit) for a year and found this. Flame height is adjustable and it does give off a tremendous amount of heat. Comes with a custom cover as well. I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed!

Modern Fireplace

I loved the way this fireplace looks. I wanted something different than a fire pit. I love the modern feel of it and it gives out a lot of heat. It was easy to put together.

Great product

No issues with delivery. Product actually came 5 days ahead of scheduled delivery. Driver even placed the box in the back yard underneath the gazebo. Assembly instructions are easy to follow

took two people to put together

Fairly easy to assemble. Looks very nice. I placed six large concrete pavers under fireplace so it would be off the ground.

Almost perfect

The product came with a dent on the back side. Other than that it looks and works great.
