Terrible design
I’ve done a few of these closet systems and know they are all frustrating. But this one took it to a new level. It expects that you have 16” studs - ours are 17”. And more frustrating— it assumes your studs are centered in the closet. Of course ours are not, and the telescoping poles don’t fit on one side. Sure, you’d think the cleat system would give you some flexibility, but not enough to make the poles work. And then the top racks are completely useless because we have one that is too short a...
