We purchased in store (did not have) so was ordered in store for pick up in store. Cashier sold as same day purchase. Had to review cameras, find out we never took it. Gave us one that was already assembled. We got home and side panel is cracked and missing remote. I have been going round and round with the store for replacement with no avail. It has been pretty frustrating to say the least. I would like my replacement parts.
