What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the vanity's elegant, modern design and high-quality construction. The basil green finish and premium gold or brushed nickel hardware are frequently highlighted as standout aesthetic features. Reviewers consistently note the solid build, spacious storage, soft-close doors, and beautiful marble top that looks even better in person. However, a notable group reports receiving units with damaged vanity tops, creating frustration with quality control. Despite these concerns, most customers consider the vanity a worthwhile investment for its design and durability.

Disappointed

The backsplash came damaged and we didn't realize until we went to install. I contacted Lowe's and although I had a good experience with the customer service rep, they wouldn't replace the backsplash. It's clearly a manufacturer's defect. There is a 1 year warranty though Allen + Roth and yet they won't replace it? The only option I was given was to return the entire vanity and sink. We had it delivered to our home and already glued the sink to the vanity. There is no way we would be able to li...

I ordered this to be picked up at the store. After driving 45 min one way, they misplaced another package that had been ordered along with it. When we got it home and unloaded with a tractor, we noticed a chip in the stone top and in the wood at the top. When called they said they could not send a new top and the only thing I could do is bring it all the way back in. I explained that it took a tractor to get it out and that I did not have access to it again. They would not even give me store cre...
