What Customers Are Saying

The closet tower provides ample storage space with its ventilated design suitable for small spaces. Customers found the tower to be well-built and sturdy, with a clean, contemporary look. However, some reported quality and assembly issues, including missing or incorrect parts, misaligned holes, and cheap components. The assembly instructions were also described as vague and confusing, and some customers had trouble getting the tower to fit flush against the wall. Overall, the tower is functional when properly assembled, but the quality control and customer support issues make it a risky purchase for some customers.

I am very pleased with this shelf tower. I bought a second one and they finish off my walk-in closet. Nice look, easy assembly. I do wish I could buy additional shelves, but I don't think that's an option.

You need to follow the directions step-by-step.

Sometimes the product came with the anchors, not lining up so you couldn’t tighten the shelves together and the drawer that came with the bigger closet organizer had cracks where the screw goes into to hold it together. Other than that, the product is fine. I had to return a few of them.

It was fairly easy to put together.

It looks beautiful and is made of wood. I just wished the slats where a thicker and durable. The drawers were out of stock. We asked that we be notified when the drawers were in restocked. We were notified a week after our request and had them a few days later. I liked the fact that Lowes quickly delivered our systems without any cost of shipping which made delivery a breeze for us since we ordered several large items. Thank you Lowes!
