Bad customer service
I ordered two sets of these finals and they were both supposed to be delivered and the Bobby jones store instead of delivering them placed them in a locket for me to pick up. Very poor customer service at that store as always. I love Lowe’s but I can’t stand shipping this store they are very unhelpful and have no custom service at all. I love these brushed gold acrylic finials! They have such an elegant, neutral style that goes perfectly with almost any décor. The gold isn’t too shiny it has just the right soft tone to make the curtains look classy without being over the top. They were easy to install and really elevated the whole space. Definitely recommend if you want a simple but upscale finish for your rods.
