Pros: Nice look. Cons: The motor head wobbles around. When oscillation is off, the head doesn’t lock into position.

Stopped working

This van ran probably less than five hours before it stopped running. I can hear a slight hum, it has power fan blades no longer turn. Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Disappointing as it’s a nice looking fan.

Started Smoking

we bought this fan 2 days ago and installed it the same day. today while sitting outside I noticed that it stops oscillating and then started again. shortly thereafter I saw smoke coming from the bottom where the circuit board is. as I approached it, I saw Sparks. quickly unplugged it

Mississippi Summers

Good investment. Serves its purpose in our outdoor kitchen. Pretty, sturdy, and serves its purpose. Easy to install. A little louder than we would like but not a problem for hearing conversations…and the sound doesn’t bother anyone when you are trying to stay cool in Mississippi heat.

The fan is nice, I wish it came with all parts

Upon opening the box it is clear that the "New" fan that I paid full price for is actually used and likely a customer return. Several of the parts that were listed as pre-installed are missing and when I called the number for missing parts I was told they don't have parts for this fan and I'll have to return it. There really isn't any care for customers left in this world.

works for a about 3 years

Our second harbor breeze wall fan just died. we had or first one for about 3 years and the motor for the fan just seized up and stopped. I opened it up put a drop of sewing machine oil on the bearing ends and worked it in by hand and wiped of all excess, re assembled and got a couple more weeks out of it. then it quit again. We did like the fan, so we bought a second one to replace that,,,, after about 3.5 years the same thing is happening to this one. Sad really, might have to pick a different...

Beautiful, but noisy

I love everything about this fan but the noise! It is installed very solidly, no vibrations anywhere, but extremely noisy. The troubleshooting in the manual says to allow for a "break in" period so we have run it on medium to high a few minutes every day since install but it is not quieting down. Will need to return or swap out and try for a quieter one.
