It also features chemical-resistant gaskets and seals for an extended lifespan with lower maintenance costs, an 11-1/2 in. rough-in, and a 3/4 in. top spud. The ZEMS6003AV-ULF-MOB has a 0.125 gpf flush volume, a manual override button that provides a full flush, and an in-wall sensor powered by low-voltage hardwiring for a reliable power supply to keep the application running without power-related issues. It's a perfect performing, water-saving application for any commercial retrofit or new construction project.
