Failed after 2 years
Had this installed in a sewage ejector basin system. Basement bathroom that sees seldom use and it's failed in just over 2 years. Disappointing considering the cost is significantly more than other 2" check valves - was hoping the initial investment would pay off, but it doesn't seem like that's the case.

1. Very loud 2. 2" pipe will not seat all the way in on the bottom fitting, requiring you to sand down your 2" pipe. 3. Top black coupling is too tight, won't allow you to slide it. Had to substitute a real fernco for it. This is the third time I tried to leave this review.

Lower connection does not allow 2”PCV to be fully inserted and its loudest hammering ck valve I have had.
