Zinsser B-I-N Shellac-Base Primer is a fast-drying, stain- and odor-blocking primer designed for a wide range of interior surfaces and exterior spot priming. The shellac formula fully seals deep stains and odors and is effective on knots and sap streaks. Dries to the touch in 20 minutes and can be top coated in 45 minutes. Coverage is approximately 500 sq. ft. per gallon. The primer bonds to most surfaces without sanding for exceptional paint adhesion and provides a smooth, reliable base for top coatings. Tintable white base; apply by brush. Coverage and dry times may vary with surface and conditions.
