Horrible, cheap drain and faucet

Within a month, the drain broke and water leaked from the sink and all the way to our basement. Within a year and a half, the faucet pushed water out and caused another leak in our house. We have had to replace both the drain and faucet and with contractor fees, altogether cost more than this basin. Would NOT recommend.

Looks Nice but Fails

Looks nice installed But once we Installed it the water it dripped immediately. Sent an email to the company and have received no response. Terrible

My faucet was cracked and things sucked for awhile

I installed the faucet and came back in about a half an hour to find a puddle. The water was dripping from the lowest point in the faucet extension hose. It took me about an hour of testing to reassure myself that it was, in fact, a manufacturer's defect and not my amateur plumbing skills that was the root cause of the leak. Damaged in shipping

I ordered this product online because I didn't want just an ordinary utility sink in my basement. I liked the fact that it was decorative yet the tub was deep enough to drain my washing machine. When I received the product I opened up the box and part of the assembled frame was damaged.... Whether it was done in assembly or in shipping. Cheap Materials

This was given to me by mistake at Lowe's. I picked out the tub with the stainless basin and I showed the sales associate the one I wanted. I paid for it an arranged for my contractor to pick it up. He did and he began the installation process when I got home I saw it was the wrong one. I was upset, but decided to go with this since the box was already cut up. faucet didnt work right

When my plumber was installing this he couldnt get the faucet to stop dripping. I had to run out and grab a bar faucet so no pull down and I spent an extra $75! It looks nice and now works but that added cost was an unpleasant surprise and not the faucet I was hoping for.

Utility sink and cabinet

Love the look of this in our laundry room. Assembly was easy, the sink is deep and very handy for larger objects and the faucet was included and works very well.

2 defects and afternoon wasted

It looked nice in store and had my father in law, a master plumber, in town to install. The cabinet had 2 LEFT doors which was irritating, but then the faucet leaked everywhere due to a crack. I had them pull it out and take it immediately back. So frustrating!!!!

Replacement laundry sink

I purchased this item to match new washer and dryer, but it is so nice I think I would have bought it to go with my old appliances. It is attractive, functional and adds class to an otherwise boring item. It was easy to assemble and fit existing plumbing.

Junk (1 Star because Zero is not an Option)

The base cabinet and tub were of OK quality but the plastic faucet is junk. After the first one wouldn't stop dripping from the end of the faucet, the manager was nice enough to exchange the faucet with one from another unit. The second one leaked internally and dripped water into the base cabinet. I uninstalled the tub and base unit and returned the entire mess to the store for a refund. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
