defect - no door spring

The product has a manufacturing defect that the door does not have a resistant spring. The door is very heavy, cannot hold itself up and falls freely when opened. This is a brand new product, purchased and contracted by the develop of the whole residential community where more than 60 homes are newly built. I got no where to ask for help. My developer said the manufacturer's responsibility for the manufacturing defect and let me get help from you, but I don't have a receipt. So I fell in a crack...

Quiet as a Button

This dishwasher is extremely quiet! Love it!! Not noisy, all the dishes were cleaned throughly.

Had about 6 months now. Also got their fridge and 48” oven. Went with panel-ready so could match our cabinets. Performance is better than our old GE cafe model. Looks good. So far so good.

Love the Third Loading Rack

The unit was installed in our new home in January 2026. We like the layout of the inside of the unit, and the fact that there are 3 loading racks. The unit is quiet. We are a little disappointed with the stainless-steel outside panel as it is hard to remove streaks and fingerprints. Our Z-Line refrigerator, stove, and microwave don't have that problem.
