Unlike other ceramic coatings, the Whitford Fusion Ti is made with titanium-based particles for superior durability and abrasion resistance. It is BPA, PTFE, and PFOA free and is also in compliance with food contact regulations for a healthful cooking surface. Cast aluminum offers a lightweight alternative to traditional cookware, such as cast iron, making for a wonderfully toss-able pan. With superior heat retention and distribution for better cooking, it is also longer lasting and lower maintenance than many other cookware alternatives. The Noir skillets are a dark take on traditional fry pans. But if all black is too drab for you, you're in luck, they come with removable handles that can be replaced with one of 6 color options. They can also be used to identify allergy or diet-specific cookware for safer cooking. If you just prefer presentation, they can match your kitchen, your cooking, or even the season. Not only can Noir skillets be used on your stove, they can also be placed in the oven and dishwasher! Get cooking on any domestic stove, including induction.
