These disposable Xam-Med® protective KN95 face masks meet the standards for personal protective equipment, yet are comfortable to wear. Newly designed to combat our current situation, these masks won’t leave significant marks even after 10 hours of use like traditional masks can. This 10 pack of filtering face piece respirators (FFR) are intended to be used for infection control practices. They feature a filter performance of PFE greater than 95%. That’s the highest standard of particle filtration efficiency and means that 95% of all aerosols are reduced in concentration as they pass through the mask. The total inward leakage (TIL) is less than 8% as tested on human subjects performing exercise. That’s a measure of how much a specific aerosol enters the face piece at various rates of breathing. The inhalation resistance-max pressure drop is less than 350 Pa, which again exceeds or far exceeds the ratings on other masks used around the world. And these masks meet the requirements to be certified as GB2626-2006 for respiratory protection.
